Meet Mithra

Mithra is DivERS's wholly owned and trained AI-Assistant. Mithra is made up of a set of proprietary generative AI models, specialized in generating unbiased applicant-assesement questionnaires from job description. Mithra is based on our own Large Language Model (LLM) and is trained on a large dataset, that is created and owned by DivERS domain experts.

Mithra helps recruiters to automate the shortlisting phase of recruitment process by ranking applicants only based on their hard skills. Mithra allows a transparent and comprehensive comparison between applicants while maintaining anonymity and inclusion in the hiring process. Mithra is growing to offer more features for a more comprehensive product suite to cover the entire recruitment process.
